Remote maintenance via VPN line
Install a set box with a VPN connection function in the control panel. You can connect to an existing network using secure remote connection from outside (no need to change your IP address or for static IP address).
Equipment can be inspected and improved remotely.
Remote maintenance via computer connection
You will need to connect an FA computer or a PC box that we will send you.
We can then conduct maintenance on your equipment by using specified procedures to connect to your network and establish a remote connection.
