  • To fulfil obligations and exercise rights under the Companies Act
  • To manage shareholders, including preparation of records in accordance with laws and regulations

(3) Personal information related to employment and recruitment applicants

  • To communicate with and provide information related to employment and recruitment applicants, and other uses required for employment and recruitment activities

(4) Personal information related to employees (including employees, etc. in an employment relationship [employees, indefinite-term contract employees, temporary employees, part-time employees, dispatch employees, and other persons engaged in DKK’s business under our direction and supervision], as well as directors, auditors, advisors, temporary staffing agency employees, and employees of other companies working within DKK).

  • For business-related communication with employees
  • To pay remunerations (wages, bonuses, allowances, etc.) to employees, manage personnel and labor, and provide benefits
  • To manage employee health care

DKK will not provide any obtained personal information to third parties except in the following cases.

  • When outsourcing within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use
  • When provision of the information is required by law
  • When it is necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of an individual and it is difficult to

obtain your consent

  • When it is specifically required for the improvement of public health or promoting the sound growth of children and it is difficult to obtain your consent

DKK takes the necessary and appropriate security control measures for the management of personal data, including the prevention of leakage, loss, or damage. We also carry out the necessary and appropriate supervision of employees and contractors (including subcontractors, etc.) who handle personal data.

Basic Policy on Individual Numbers (My Numbers) and Specific Personal Information Protection
