The Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force is deployed within the vast territorial waters of Japan and, in some cases, globally, creating the necessity for long-range communications. Our company offers various types of antennas that utilize the wavelength characteristics of low-bandwidth radio waves to facilitate the communication applications required by the Maritime Self-Defense Force.
VLF (Very Low Frequency) Antennas
Antennas used for communication with ships are massive facilities spanning several hundred meters in length. An array of antennas are mounted at high positions on towers, combining to form one of the largest antenna systems in Japan. We also maintain and manage these communication facilities.
Shortwave Antennas
Antennas installed on the ground that utilize the characteristics of the shortwave radio bandwidth for long-distance communication.
