The specially shaped coils enable uniform hardening of cast materials without unwanted cracking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(Patent No. 3676215)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-1 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:50%\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Clamshell Method<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The heating coil clamps workpieces as if they are being closed up in a shell, which improves heating and cooling efficiency, eliminates heat-related cracks, and meets quality standards.
